Terms, payments & fulfilment

These terms apply to every order placed on Lotify.shop by Lotify Retail & Clearance India Pvt Ltd. Shopping on the site means you accept the returns, payment and fulfilment rules below.

7-Day Easy Returns & Replacement Policy

If a lot arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or materially different from the listing, raise a return or replacement request within 7 calendar days of delivery. Email support@lotify.shop with your Order ID and unboxing photos.

  • Unused items in original packing are eligible for a free replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
  • Approved prepaid refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after the warehouse receives the lot back.
  • Gold ornaments and innerwear are replaceable for manufacturing defects only, and must be unused with tags intact.
  • We arrange the reverse pickup from the same delivery address unless you prefer a self-ship to our Surat warehouse.

Secure payment terms

Checkout on Lotify.shop is processed on-site. We accept:

  • UPI — pay Q447624085@ybl and share the UTR on the order screen.
  • RuPay, Visa and MasterCard debit / credit cards on the secure payment page.
  • Cash on delivery for orders of ₹500 or more: pay 25% as a UPI advance; the balance is collected at your door.

We never ask for OTP, PIN or full card numbers outside checkout. Treat any such request as fraud and write to support@lotify.shop immediately.

Order fulfilment guidelines

  • Orders are packed at Katargam Darvaja, Bahichand Nagar, Katargam, Surat-395004, Gujarat and delivered pan-India in a minimum of 10 calendar days (metro 10–12, tier-2 12–14, remote 14–17).
  • You will receive an Order ID by SMS / email. Track it on My Orders or email support@lotify.shop.
  • Please keep your phone reachable on the delivery day. Two failed attempts may return the parcel to the warehouse.
  • Festive and gold lots may ship in tamper-evident packing. Do not accept a torn or resealed carton.
  • Clearance prices are final selling prices against published market MRP. Ratings on listings are illustrative.
